Welcome to RAARO Sips & Bites, a Cocktail Bar and Bistro in Florence born from Claudio Mariottini and Francesco Fabiani's passion for mixology, with interior design by Francesco Barthel. The name, RAARO (with two "A"s because one wouldn't have been rare enough), perfectly expresses our philosophy: the pursuit of rare excellence, the uncommon, and what elevates the experience beyond the ordinary.
